A few details that are easy to miss before you hit the road.

After dark

Ride only inside the resort gates and keep your lights on. Golf carts cannot drive outside the gates after dark.

Must be 21 to drive

SC law requires all drivers to be 21 or older with a valid license. Allowing an unlicensed driver can result in a fine exceeding $200.

Restricted roads

Golf carts are only permitted on roads posted 35 mph or under. Highway 17, Sea Mountain Hwy, and Ocean Blvd south of Sea Mountain are off-limits.
